As legal Administrator, you will join the specialised Wills, Trust and Probate team which provides a wide range of services to guide individuals to make decisions regarding their personal and financial affairs to enable them to plan ahead and therefore ideally possess experience within this sector. We are looking for an enthusiastic legal Administrator to join our clients highly regarded team of specialist lawyers where you will be supporting the team with a varied caseload and bridging the gap between fee earning, secretarial and administration duties. The Role Carrying out legal research Assist in taking calls Liaising with third parties e.g. probate registry, estate agents etc Assist in the production and sending out documents Liaising with clients and arranging Wills signings and dealing with the execution of Wills Assisting with the administrative tasks and drafting of documents in Probate, Office of Public Guardian and Trust matters. The Person Must have previous experience secretary experience ideally working in Wills, Trusts and Probate Essential to have audio typing skills Ideally have an understanding of Wills, trust, probate Excellent timekeeping and communication skills, both verbal and written Strong attention to detail Excellent organisational skills and the ability to prioritise The ability to work as part of a team as well as on their own IT literacy skills, proficient in the use of Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, Outlook).
