Carry out work in a standardised way Report plant performance using appropriate company systems and ensure action on/communication of non-conformance issues Ensure operational key information is effectively communicated to colleagues and other shift teams; complete any relevant documentation on time and in full Support site services as required What qualifications, skills and experience will I need? To be successful in this role we are looking for the right behaviours and competencies as well as a proven track in a similar position. The ideal candidate will ideally have the following: Time served apprenticeship or a formal engineering qualification to at least City & Guilds level, NVQ level 3 or equivalent in a electrical discipline with corresponding practical experience Continuous improvement experience RCA PLC automation skills would be highly beneficial but are not essential Training experience Championing of good engineering standards Must be a team player with a strong sense of personal responsibility/ownership Flexibility around working hours In Kerry we know that sometimes the perfect candidate doesn't exist, and people can be put off applying for a role if they don't fit all the requirements.
