What this job involves The Client Sourcing Director (CSD) role will manage a portfolio of client accounts and be the key interface with the account management. The CSD will line manage 4-5 Account Sourcing Managers and be accountable for the delivery of sourcing targets within their area of responsibility. Transformation activities are supported by the team including audits, reports and actions.
