Duties involve: Ø Managing export documentation tracking systems and ensuring these are kept up to date at all times Ø Submitting export and customs data to the relevant parties Ø Submitting inspection reports to inspection agencies Ø Checking draft documentation to ensure compliance with customer requirements Ø Liaising with overseas agents regarding export schedules and documentation status Ø Invoicing exports via IFP order management systems You will also be order processing and checking customer contracts. This will involve entering credit data in to the management system, ensuring sales documentation is accurate and you will liaise with the export desk. This is an ideal opportunity for someone with a minimum of 1 years administration experience and who has ideally dealt with export documentation, but this is not essential.
