You must have experience working within a Registered Manager (Ofsted) role within a childrens home. Your new company Our client provides extensive care and nurturing for children and young people with a wide range of difficulties such as emotional behavioural disorder, mental health and learning disabilities. The 5 bedroomed home offers a warm, friendly and comfortable environment supporting young people from ages 12 to 18. All bedrooms are tailored to suit individual needs, and the communal areas designed to encourage and promote independent skills. Your Responsibilities • Manage a Residential Home and ensure the efficient operation of the service in accordance with the relevant legislation, procedures, policies and the Statement of Purpose for the home. • Produce a development plan for the service that ensures the delivery of high quality, clinically informed practice. • Assist and supervise in the continual assessment of the needs of the children and young people and to identify and prepare specific development plans to ensure the most appropriate service provision.
