As Maintenance Team Leader, you will lead a three shift-based maintenance team, delivering planned and reactive maintenance activities across production equipment. You'll be responsible for supporting uptime and driving productivity. Further Responsibilities include: Supervise and support a team of maintenance engineers across a 3-shift rotation. Ensure machinery and equipment are maintained to the highest standards, minimising downtime. Lead Preventative Maintenance (PPM) and Total Productive Maintenance (TPM) initiatives.
