Reporting into the AP Team Leader, the role is responsible for the management of the processing of stock, overhead and employee expenses and to drive forward process improvements to develop the team and ensure accuracy and efficiency. The ideal candidate will have strong creative instincts, a passion for immersive visual storytelling, and the technical expertise to bring ideas to life in 3D. This role involves close collaboration with creative and account teams to develop visually compelling concepts and assets across a variety of projects. Key Responsibilities: Develop and present high-quality 3D concept visuals for internal and client use. Model, texture, light, and render scenes using Blender. Collaborate with creative leads and project managers to translate briefs into visual solutions. Use Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, After Effects) to enhance and composite visuals, presentations, and pitch materials. Create mood boards and concept art to support ideation. Work on diverse projects including events, installations, brand activations, and digital experiences. Ensure creative output aligns with brand guidelines and project goals. Manage multiple projects and deadlines effectively. Key Skills & Requirements: Proven 3D design experience, ideally within a creative agency or studio. Proficiency in Blender for modelling, texturing, lighting, and rendering. Strong knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite. Experience in sculpting and creating CNC files. Strong eye for design, composition, and storytelling. Ability to interpret and develop creative briefs into impactful visuals. Comfortable working in a fast-paced, collaborative environment. Excellent communication and organisational skills. Portfolio demonstrating a range of 3D design and concept visuals. Desirable: Experience with motion design or animation.
