Within your role as a Lead Therapist, you will play a crucial role in providing therapeutic support and guidance to their clients, ensuring their mental and emotional well-being. The role is based in a fully furbished drug and alcohol detox and rehabilitation facility set within the heart of Luton. The treatment services include providing a medically monitored detox as well as a fully comprehensive drug rehab & alcohol rehabilitation programme designed to address the mind, body and spiritual wellbeing. Key Responsibilities Develop and implement individualized therapy plans for clients. Conduct assessments and provide regular evaluations of client progress. Supervise and mentor junior therapists and support staff. Collaborate with other professionals to ensure a holistic approach to client care. Maintain accurate and confidential records of client sessions. Provide training and workshops for staff and volunteers. Required Skills and Qualifications Proven experience as a therapist in a relevant setting.
