You will work alongside our experienced MDT specialist practitioners to deliver excellent standards of care to our inpatients. What you ll be doing: Planning and delivering patient-centred care, working closely with patients and their families. Acting as the shift coordinator, overseeing high-quality team nursing care and coordinating wider team care that puts patients at the heart of what we do. Acting as the key worker for a designated caseload, showing nursing leadership by providing care as part of a multidisciplinary team.
