Resource Preparation: Develop and prepare engaging and appropriate resources to support speech and language activities. Adapt materials to meet the varying needs of students. Collaboration: Work closely with teachers, SENCO, and other support staff to integrate speech and language strategies into classroom activities and the broader curriculum. Parent Communication: Communicate effectively with parents and carers regarding their child's progress and ways to support their language development at home. About You: Proven experience in delivering 1:1 speech and language interventions. Ability to follow and implement the advice of the Speech and Language Therapist effectively. Strong organisational skills to monitor and document pupil progress. Passionate about supporting children's communication and language development. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
