This company work on a selection of private residential projects, in London, and the Home Counties, and overseas. They are defined by their detailed, sophisticated designs - timeless and elegant, with playful selections of furniture and colour. The team is small, therefore you will need to be well-versed working across all stages of a project, developing the FF&E direction from concept through to site and completion. An excellent knowledge of high-end suppliers is a must, the ability to design bespoke pieces, overall confidence in your abilities to work independently, a flexible attitude, and exceptional attention to detail is essential. This role will allow you to work on highly prestigious projects with a growing team, working under the guidance of the Creative Director. FF&E and Accessories schemes from conception through to installation, including scheming, sourcing, budgeting and procurement. The ideal candidate must have: A degree, Diploma or equivalent in Interior Design 5+ years post-graduate experience good commercial experience in the residential sector. Preferably high end. Full proficiency 2D VectorWorks Technical drawing proficiency in creating various plans, elevations and detail drawings Experience on site with various consultants and contractors with an ability to understand and solve problems. Knowledge of the Microsoft suite, particularly Outlook, PowerPoint and Excel Broad knowledge of FF&E suppliers, products and trade costs. Financial understanding of project costs and budget awareness. Impeccable and concise communication and presentation skills, verbal and written. They must be fluent in spoken and written English.
