You have - Ideally hold a Degree or MSc in Building Services Engineering, be a Chartered Engineer or working towards this or can demonstrate relevant experience. - The ability to technically assess and critically challenge contractor submissions. - Excellent communication skills, with the ability to demonstrate diligence and to prioritise workload. - Familiarity with a range of technical solutions used in Building Services Installations. - Confidence to represent Project Engineering at Contractor Reviews and presenting RIBA stage 3+ design submissions at Internal LCP Gate 3 Design Authority Review presentations.
