Analyze data and perform environmental/building acoustics assessments. Use software like SoundPLAN, CadnaA, NoiseMap, Odeon, and Insul for modeling. Design noise/vibration mitigation measures. Prepare technical reports and ensure project milestones are met. Provide technical advice adhering to QA/QC standards. Qualifications Bachelor's degree or higher in Acoustics, Engineering, or related disciplines. Ability to meet schedules, manage costs, and solve problems independently. Strong organizational and decision-making skills in fast-paced settings. Skills and Assets Excellent communication and attention to detail. Familiarity with Microsoft Excel, Word, AutoCAD, and GIS software (ArcGIS/QGIS). Proficiency in noise and vibration modeling software. We hold long term framework agreements direct with water companies, including Severn Trent Water and Southwest Water. We also hold excellent relationships and trading agreements with blue chip contractors, including Costain and Galliford Try, for whom we deliver projects across the UK. We deliver a full range of design services across wastewater treatment, water treatment, sewerage and water network schemes. Equally, if you are working in a different engineering sector, we can also offer mentoring programmes and training to support you in the transition to the water sector.
