My client are an established garden plant growing nursery based on the outskirts of Retford. They are looking for a Production assistant on a temp to perm basis to start ASAP. This is a full time role. To be considered for this role it is essential that you have an interest and some knowledge in garden plants and gardening. Any horticultural qualifications would be fantastic. Aloft of the work will be outside, so you must be prepared to work in all weathers. PPE will be provided for adverse weather conditions. The role will include: Dispatch Repotting Pruning Weeding Feeding plants Moving plants around the nursery Helping load lorries This is a fantastic opportunity to progress and learn more about horticulture. The company will put you through further qualifications as you progress. Once permanent there is also the opportunity to increase pay to 14.25 per hour Hours of work are Monday to Friday 7am-3.30pm Please apply on line or contact Piers on (phone number removed)
