Respond to RFPs/tenders with technical and commercial insight. Architect and propose validated designs that align with customer needs. Deliver compelling presentations and product demonstrations (both in-person and remote). Maintain technical documentation and support teams through the order lifecycle. Collaborate with Product, Sales, Engineering, and Delivery teams. Constantly look for ways to improve how we work and deliver value. What We're Looking For Experience in the managed IT or telecoms sector. Solid knowledge of network principles (TCP/IP, routing protocols like OSPF & BGP, VRRP). Understanding of security concepts: firewalls, UTM, IPSec, SIEM, etc. Hands-on experience with at least two of the following: Networks, Cloud, Unified Communications, Cyber Security. Strong communication skills - capable of translating complex jargon to any audience. Excellent problem-solving and multitasking ability in a fast-paced environment. Desirable: SD-WAN & SASE experience. Understanding of public/private cloud architecture. Technical certifications are a plus. Commercial awareness and presentation skills.
