Each year we support over 2,500 patients and their loved ones, with 80% of people cared for in their own homes, from Dartmouth to Dawlish and up onto Dartmoor. For patients whose complex needs cannot be met at home, we also provide care, support and specialist services in our 12-bedded Inpatient Unit in Torquay.
