Keystone Recruitment Partners are proud to be representing our UK-based international consultancy client on an exclusive basis as they look to hire a permanent Project Manager to join their growing team. Due to extensive new client wins and projects these roles are crucial to the growth of the company. The role is fully remote/home-based with international travel required for some projects. Our client are looking for a Project Manager with exceptional skills and experience within the FMCG space, ideally within production line design and technical projects involving new factory builds or upgrades. You will play a keystone role in leading proejcts to install and comission production lines across a range of client businesses. Our client work with some of the worlds best known brands with projects taking place in a range of global locations. The successful Project Manager will have the following skills and experience: 1) Proven track record in end-to-end project management within the FMCG space - particularly within manufacturing, food, drink, dairy, nutritional or pharmaceuticals 2) Project Management Certification 3) Experience of working in complex project delivery and ensure ontime and on-budget targets are met. Explicit experience of budgetary control. 4) 1st class communication skills - both verbal and written presentation skills and ability to manage stakeholder relationships at all levels within multidisciplinary environments 5) Ability to read and interpret technical designs and drawings 6) Ability to use CAD and 3D Visualisation software 7) International project delivery experience would be a benefit 8) Exceptional interpersonal and teamwork abilities - flexibility, adaptability and conscientious approach to work. In return our client are offering a fantastic opportunity to join a business with genuine long term growth plans of which this role is crucial. The role offers a salary of 50-60,000 per annum depending on experience with fully remote working as standard. The team are based around the UK and meet up every few months for a team get-together. There is also an enhanced pension contribution. Some international travel is required with occasional visits to clients in Mexico and Europe included.
