What You'll Do Empower Independence: Assist residents with their daily routines, from getting dressed to staying active, while encouraging them to make positive choices and remain as independent as possible. Personalized Care: Follow and support each resident's personalized care plan, providing hands-on help and thoughtful attention to their individual needs. Health and Wellbeing: Keep a close eye on residents' health, communicating any concerns to the Nurse or Clinical Deputy Manager, and helping with calls to relatives or healthcare professionals. Champion Dignity: Uphold the dignity and respect of each resident, ensuring they feel valued and cared for in every interaction. Social Support: Encourage social interactions among residents and with staff, creating a warm and welcoming environment.
