The Package: Up to £32,000 basic salary per annum (D.O.E) 40 hours per week (including breaks) with flexible start and leave times between 08:00 - 18:00 26 days annual leave + 1 additional day per year of service (up to a maximum of 30 days) + bank holidays Pension + healthcare schemes The Maintenance Coordinator Role: Supporting the team in managing regional property portfolios and ensuring a top resident experience Oversees the entire tenancy lifecycle, ensuring smooth move-ins and move-outs Collaborates with the Void Management team for seamless handovers and resident onboarding Supports maintenance coordination, rent reviews, inspections and tenancy management Focuses on cost efficiency and financial performance Ensures compliance with legal, regulatory, and health & safety standards The Person: Some property management experience with a strong focus on optimising the resident experience Excellent time management, organisation, and multi-tasking skills, able to perform under pressure Tech-savvy and confident using property management systems and digital tools Adaptable, proactive, and solutions-focused, with a resident-first mindset Detail-oriented and results-driven, maintaining high standards in all tasks Enjoys invoicing, coding, and working with data
