What you will be doing Support the onboarding, induction, and development of Accommodation Managers. Deliver coaching and on-site support to ensure consistent leadership standards across all parks. Conduct site visits to identify and resolve operational inefficiencies. Support underperforming parks through focused action plans and performance monitoring.
