Panoramic Associates are supporting a housing provider in the South West with the recruitment of a Surveyor to join their Asset Management team. This role will manage large-scale planned investment programmes, ensuring housing stock is improved to Decent Homes Standard and all regulatory requirements are met. The successful candidate will lead on contract management, financial control, and performance monitoring, while providing technical expertise on property matters and investment decisions. Key responsibilities include: Managing planned works and improvement contracts, ensuring compliance, quality, and value for money Inspecting works, monitoring contractor performance, and resolving issues and disputes Preparing financial forecasts, variation reports, and managing multi-million-pound budgets Ensuring statutory landlord health and safety compliance across stock and contractors Supporting the development of the annual investment programme and wider asset strategy The ideal candidate will have: Substantial experience in Asset Management, Property Investment, and Public Procurement A relevant technical qualification (CIOB, RICS, or CIH) Proven track record managing 1m+ planned housing projects Strong contract management and stakeholder engagement skills A full driving licence and flexibility to travel as required Role details: Salary: 43,248 per annum + 26 monthly working from home allowance Hours: 37 per week Hybrid: 2-3 days on site after the first week, remaining days from home Closing date: 28th August CVs reviewed: w/c 1st September (due to annual leave) Interviews: 8th & 10th September If this sounds suitable for you, or someone you know, please send an updated CV and contact number to Sean Cloherty at Panoramic Associates so we can discuss further.
