Regional Support Supervisor Purpose of your role: Working Hours: Working up to 40 hours per week, over 5 days, flexibility for weekend working will be required for this role. Ensuring all colleagues are aware of specific procedures and policies in line with customer's guidelines and are adhering to them. Ensure that the team delivers and maintains a fast, friendly and efficient service to both internal and external customers.
