They focus on renewable energy trading and asset optimisation across the UK, European, Swiss, Singaporean, Japanese and Australian markets and have grown from 20 to 2000+ people over the last 8 years. As they embark on another phase of growth, they have a critical recruitment mandate to secure a talented Technical Director to lead their large Software Engineering department. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing the Technology Strategy, Architecture and the execution of the long term Product Vision. You'll define and shape a culture of success across the Engineering teams, managing in excess of 60 engineers, and work closely with the Product, Analysis and Delivery teams to ensure long term scalability, revenue growth and operational success.
