Manpower is proud to be recruiting on behalf of a well-established local metal fabrication company currently expanding its skilled team. We're looking for experienced Press Brake Setters/Operators to join their ranks. Key Responsibilities: Setting and operating press brake machines Interpreting and working from technical engineering drawings Working with offline and online programming Handling a variety of materials including mild steel, aluminium, stainless steel , and gauges up to 10-12mm Operating in a fast-paced, varied production environment (not repetitive batch work) Candidate Requirements: Proven experience in setting and operating a press brake machine (not a power press) Good understanding of tooling types and sizes Comfortable with a range of materials and thicknesses Able to work independently and as part of a team What's on Offer: Salary: 27k- 33k depending on skill and experience Shift Allowance Overtime Paid at 1.5x after 40 hours 40-hour work week , Monday-Friday (5 x 8-hour shifts) Paid breaks This is a great opportunity to join a growing company that values skill, initiative, and quality craftsmanship.
