You'll be supporting their customers with their everyday packaging solutions and needs. This role includes supporting the External Account Manager with day-to-day customer service, order processing, quotes, and general account management. As Internal Sales Coordinator, you ll work as part of a team to help maximise the full potential of all existing accounts, support business development initiatives, and provide the same levels of quality service and commitment their customers are used to. Position Type: Permanent; Full-time Location: Lancing The Role: Provide end-to-end support across all customer accounts, including processing orders, managing stocks and expectations, and maintaining excellent communications.
