We are keen to talk to candidates that may have: 3+ years PQE in civil litigation, with specific experience in personal injury or clinical negligence. Exposure to public inquiries and/or fatal accident inquiries is highly desirable. Experience with court appearances and litigation processes in Scotland. What you will be doing as a Construction Solicitor The successful candidate will join a well-established construction team, recognised for its work across the UK. While the role is primarily contentious, there's scope to take on non-contentious work if of interest.
