Key Responsibilities: Conduct stock condition surveys across residential properties. Carry out damp and mould inspections and report on findings. Inspect and manage void properties , ensuring compliance and quality. Prepare detailed Schedules of Work , oversee tendering and procurement processes. Manage contractors on-site, ensuring projects are completed to specification. Undertake site inspections to monitor progress and quality standards. Ideal Candidate: 3+ years of experience in a residential surveying role. Chartered status with RICS or CIOB is ideal (but not essential). Based locally in the West Midlands or within commuting distance. Confident managing works from survey through to project delivery. Available for an immediate or short notice start .
