About the Department The Dispute Resolution department is headed by an experienced Partner and specialises in providing clear, cost-effective advice across all types of personal and commercial legal disputes. The team prides itself on expertise in Alternative Dispute Resolution (ADR), including negotiation and mediation, helping clients achieve positive outcomes while avoiding the stress and expense of court proceedings wherever possible.
