We are working with a local authority's growing legal team in the North East of England who are looking for an experienced locum commercial property lawyer to join their team! The role would require office presence once a week, the rest of the the position is fully remote. The work would require someone to be able to hit the ground running and get to grips with a broad range of commercial property matters, as such prior local authority/public sector experience is required. The role: Full time hours 6 month initial contract, with the option to roll-over Hybrid working arrangement (once a week in the office) Rate: 50-60ph depending on candidate experience Must have prior and extensive local authority experience Must have experience with acqusitions, disposals, and lease extensions.
