This is an exceptional opportunity for a seasoned legal professional to work with high-value transactions, complex property matters, and a varied client base including developers, investors, and private clients. The successful Property Solicitor will demonstrate a strong track record in handling both commercial and residential property transactions, from acquisition and disposal to refinancing and development agreements. You will be working alongside other senior lawyers in a supportive, collaborative environment that values quality of service and commercial awareness. The Property Solicitor's role The role will involve managing your own caseload of complex property matters, often with minimal supervision, and providing strategic advice to clients.
