Requirements for a successful Accounts Manager ACA/ACCA qualified with PQE within a practice. Strong working knowledge of statutory accounts, corporate and personal tax, including sole traders. Confident using cloud accounting software (especially Xero and QuickBooks). Proven ability to manage staff and clients effectively, with excellent communication and leadership skills. Calm under pressure, able to prioritise tasks and meet tight deadlines while supporting junior team members.
