Operations: Oversee the daily operations of the facility, ensuring it is clean, secure, and well-maintained. Management, pest control, landscaping, cleaning, repairs and maintenance, and invoice processing Security: Manage access control, monitor security systems, and ensure the safety of our customers' belongings. Administration: Maintain accurate records, manage budgets, and prepare regular reports for senior management. What We re Looking For: Experience: Previous experience in the self-storage industry is preferable. Skills: Strong leadership, communication, and organisational skills, with the ability to work independently. Tech-Savvy: Comfortable using management software and Microsoft Office. Administration: Maintain accurate records, monitor rent payments and arrears, maintain and update the various systems, ensuring all company information is processed appropriately. What We re Looking For: Experience: Previous experience in administration is essential. Experience in the self-storage industry is a plus, but not essential. Skills: Excellent organisational skills, able to deal with changing priorities, with the ability to work independently. Tech-Savvy: Comfortable using management software and Microsoft Office 365.
