You will be joining a team of 6 lawyers spread across 4 different offices in the Wills Trusts & Estates team. Individuals will be dealing with an existing workload as well as playing a key role managing/supervising more junior member of the team. A wide breadth of experience will be considered including Probate & Estate matters, Wills & LPAs, Trusts, and ability to advise on Tax planning issues. You should be IT literate and be confident working with Case Management systems. This role would suit either an experienced FILEX or Solicitor (3yrs+ PQE) or perhaps a more junior fee earning Paralegal/lawyer (trainee SQE) able to draft Wills, LPAs and/or deal with Probate & Estate matters.
