Your responsibilities will include: Helping teams hit sales targets and monitoring key performance indicators. Providing hands-on support by working as a Supervisor when needed. Troubleshooting and problem-solving across locations to ensure top-tier customer service across Berkshire . Conducting spot checks on health and safety and preparing for audits.
