Assembly Operative Benefits: Static shifts available on Day Shift - Monday to Thursday 4pm to midnight & Friday 3pm to 10pm Total: 39 hours per week paid weekly Start date: Monday 1st September 2025 - no holidays approved in the first 12 weeks due to training Rate of pay: 15.75 per hour - rate includes an attendance bonus Contract: Temporary to Permanent Location: Grimethorpe, Barnsley, S72 Assembly Operative Duties: Assembling cabinets Working on assembly / production lines Quality checking of materials and finished products Packing and taping items Working with wood Following instructions General Housekeeping Working on your own and as part of a team Minimum daily requirements (production targets) Assembly Operatives Criteria: Previous assembly/manufacturing experience - preferred but not essential Hard working, reliable and punctual Experience of operating and using hand tools Experience of joinery/carpentry preferred but not essential Strong attention to detail Ability to follow instructions Good work ethic and prepared to learn new skills Please note this is a very physically demanding role and requires regular manual handling as part of the day to day duties Pro-Found Recruitment are an employment business and equal opportunities employer.

The rate of pay is: - Weekdays £13.09 per hour - Weeknight £14.40 per hour - Weekend day £13.74 per hour - Weekend night £15.05 per hour - Bank holiday £16.36 per hour This is a part-time position working Friday to Sunday on a fixed shift days or nights. The hours of work are: - 6am to 6pm - 6pm to 6am Successful applicants will be willing to progress and transfer to a permanent role and work directly with the client! This role would not be suitable for students due to shift requirements. Your Time at Work As a Production Operative your duties include: - Working as a Packer/Production operative on production lines but occasionally will be required to work in other departments.
