Production Operative Applicants: Essential Requirements: Exposure to manufacturing environment Strong production experience Lean Tools / Techniques SAP experience Good with modern technology (computers) Desirable Requirements: Good communication & interpersonal skills Creative problem-solving techniques Setting experience Any engineering backgrounds Experience with plastics or extrusions Company Benefits: 3% attendance bonus PPE & Uniform Salary sacrifice scheme Hourly rate: 12.36 per hour basic, plus 20% shift allowance. Annual salary including 20% shift allowance: 30,850 Working a 3-shift pattern of 10pm to 6am, 6am to 2pm and 2pm to 10pm. First couple of weeks will be spent completing the relevant training/induction, during this period candidates will be working a day shift of 8am to 4pm.
