Key duties will include: • Liaising with the outsourced payroll provider to ensure accurate and timely payroll runs • Reviewing payroll data and resolving discrepancies • Supporting pension submissions and queries • Maintaining payroll records and documentation • Responding to employee payroll and pension queries • Ensuring compliance with relevant legislation and internal policies What you'll need to succeed You'll have at least 2 years of payroll experience, including working with an outsourced payroll provider. Strong attention to detail, excellent communication skills, and a good understanding of payroll and pension processes are essential. Experience with payroll software and Microsoft Excel is desirable.
