They are now recruiting for a Senior M&E QS to join their solid team of surveyors and take a lead on this project. The project itself is a new build mixed development comprising of some high end residential work, commercial fit out and retail units. The project is still in pre construction and is expected to run for around 18-24 months. The Role As a Senior Building Surveyor, you will play a leading role in delivering a broad range of surveying services. From managing complex building contracts to advising clients on high-level property matters, you'll be trusted to take responsibility from initial enquiry through to project completion. You will also contribute to mentoring colleagues and developing long-term client relationships.
