Key Requirements: To excel in this role, you should: Take ownership of your responsibilities and take pride in your work. Have a solid understanding of Health & Safety legislation and its application. Hold a relevant qualification in plumbing, joinery, or electrical systems (preferred). Have prior experience in domestic electrical, plumbing, or general maintenance. Possess intermediate skills in business operating systems, including Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook. Demonstrate effective communication skills, both written and verbal. Be able to prioritise your workload and work collaboratively within a team. Working Hours: Monday to Friday: 8am to 5pm or 9am to 6pm on a rotating basis. 1 in 4 Saturdays: 8am to 5pm on a rota'd shift basis.
