Aspire People is collaborating with an outstanding secondary school in Manchester that is looking to hire an ICT Technician. Responsibilities include: Provide support to all ICT users in school by responding promptly to Helpdesk queries and assisting with network, internet, and software issues. Set up, maintain, and test ICT and audio-visual equipment, including workstations, printers, and software installations. Monitor and maintain the school's network, servers, backups, security, and email systems in coordination with the ICT Manager. Identify and resolve hardware and software faults, maintain accurate records of technology assets, and ensure compliance with licensing and health & safety policies. Requirements: Previous school experience DBS enhanced check or be willing to obtain one All candidates who register with Aspire People will undergo a two-year reference check and will need to complete an enhanced DBS check, which must be on the update service.
