Strong academic background in a numerical discipline (eg BSc Mathematics, Computer Science, Data Science). Proficiency in statistical and machine learning techniques (eg logistic regression, clustering, GBMs) and the application of these in a business context. Advanced SQL and experience with Python and/or R. Strong communication and storytelling skills, with the ability to translate complex data into actionable insights. Experience reviewing the work of junior analysts. Ability to work independently, manage multiple priorities, and proactively share insights. Selfless when it comes to sharing findings, experience and advice. We work as a team not separate individuals!
