Key Responsibilities: Provide electrical and mechanical maintenance support across the site, including fault diagnosis, repair, and planned maintenance Support process reliability by ensuring equipment is maintained in a safe and efficient condition Assist with the execution of preventive and corrective maintenance tasks in accordance with departmental schedules and standards Comply with all site Health, Safety, and Environmental regulations and procedures Collaborate effectively with the production and engineering teams to minimise downtime and improve performance Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities using the site's maintenance management system Support root cause analysis and continuous improvement initiatives within the maintenance function Candidate Requirements: Minimum NVQ Level 3 in Electrical Maintenance (or equivalent) Time-served Electrical / Process Control Engineering craftsperson Mechanical experience is essential - dual-qualified candidates are preferred Good working knowledge of industrial electrical and mechanical systems A sound understanding of Health, Safety, and Environmental regulations, ideally within the cement or heavy manufacturing industry Ability to work effectively both independently and within a team Flexible and adaptable approach to working rotating shifts (day and night) in a 24/7 operation Please send over an update CV and contact Colin Heath on (phone number removed)
