This role will be working on a hybrid basis between the hours of 11am - 7.30pm. What will you be doing? Validating information provided in relation to new work by liaising with fee earners to clarify and obtain more information as appropriate Undertaking database searches and ensuring accuracy and completeness is paramount Liaising with fee earners to highlight or identify any potential conflicts of interest relating to new matters and clients across all practice areas of the firm Escalating any complex / challenging conflict situations to the Conflicts Manager for discussion Undertaking any additional research required using internal and external resources as necessary Assisting in the set-up and maintenance of information barriers Developing current knowledge of the legal/regulatory/commercial requirements relevant to the Global Business Acceptance Team What skills are we looking for? Available on an immediate or short notice period. Over one year conflicts experience is desirable but not essential Prior experience in legal services or professional services is desirable Self-motivation, flexibility, adaptability and patience Excellent research and analytical skills What's on offer?
