Manage and mentor two Finance Assistants, supporting their development and ensuring high standards in transactional finance. Identify and implement process improvements, automation opportunities, and support strategic projects including acquisitions and system upgrades. What We're Looking For Qualified accountant (ACCA, CIMA, or equivalent) with strong experience in group or commercial finance. Proven ability to manage complexity across multiple entities, with expertise in financial reporting, consolidation, and forecasting. Advanced Excel skills and familiarity with ERP systems; Power BI experience is a plus. Strong communicator with a commercial mindset and analytical approach.
