To thrive here, you'll need experience in a high-volume FMCG environment (drinks, bottling, or canning would be ideal), strong leadership skills, and the confidence to make decisions under pressure. What We're Looking For: Strong leadership and people management experience in a food or drinks manufacturing environment A solid understanding of GMP, H&S, and quality standards A proven track record of driving performance and implementing improvements Energy, adaptability, and the desire to grow with a business in transition SHIFT PATTERN: 4 on 4 off (rotating) In return, you'll be part of a business that values its people and knows this period of transition is just the beginning.
