Monitor payment trends and customer behaviour to identify potential credit risks and recommend mitigation strategies. Conduct root-cause analysis on overdue accounts and collaborate with internal teams to resolve disputes and streamline the order-to-cash process. Prepare and interpret aged debt reports, cash flow forecasts, and performance metrics to support decision-making and improve collection efficiency.
