About you: Previous paralegal or legal assistant experience, ideally within debt recovery, litigation, or commercial disputes. Strong knowledge of the debt recovery process and civil litigation procedures. Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to draft clear and concise legal documents. Strong organisational and case management skills with attention to detail. Ability to work independently and manage competing priorities. Proficiency in Microsoft Office and case management software. Law degree, LPC, SQE preparation or equivalent qualification/experience desirable. Previous exposure of Proclaim case management system advantageous.
