Working closely with the Site Manager, you'll coordinate finishing trades, manage snagging processes, and help ensure smooth handovers to our clients.Key Responsibilities Oversee and coordinate finishing trades including carpentry, decorating, tiling, flooring, and kitchen/bathroom installations. Maintain high standards of quality and presentation across all units. Manage snagging and de-snagging processes to ensure timely completion. Liaise with subcontractors, suppliers, and internal teams to resolve issues and maintain progress. Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations and company procedures.
