Desktop and laptop deployment support Maintain telephony network connectivity. Software support for Windows, Office, CAD systems ERP systems maintenance and troubleshooting Provide day to day technical support to users. Manage system updates and backups and overall security. About you: Strong understanding of ERP systems with demonstrable experience Broad technical knowledge across server networks and associated software Good all-round IT background with the ability to develop and improve systems. Proven experience collaborating with external suppliers. Relevant qualifications would be a distinct advantage. Clear and patient communicator when supporting employees.
