We are seeking a Machine Setter / Operator with proven skill and precision, able to work with a range of sheet metal fabrication machinery laser cutters, press brakes, panel benders and punch presses to produce components to exacting standards. Key Responsibilities Operate and maintain sheet metal fabrication machinery, delivering required output volumes. Set up and adjust machines according to engineering drawings and job instructions. Carry out quality checks to ensure all parts meet specified tolerances. Undertake routine machine maintenance, including cleaning and lubrication. Report malfunctions or technical issues promptly to supervisors. Complete production records accurately. Identify and manage defects, ensuring quality is maintained.
